Physical and chemical properties	The product is a white solid powder, non-toxic, easily hygroscopic, almost insoluble in organic solvents, and readily soluble in water.
Purpose	1. Non ionic PAM forms a bridge by adsorbing many small particles or oil droplets in wastewater through long polymer chains and entangling them together. It is a flocculant with very strong flocculation ability, and its flocculation speed is faster than that of anionic PAM. When treating oily wastewater in oil fields, it is usually used in conjunction with aluminum salts.
	2. Before use, the dosage should be determined through experiments. If the dosage is too low, it will not work, and if it is too high, it will have a counterproductive effect. This is because beyond a certain concentration, PAM not only does not have a coagulation effect, but also has a dispersing and stabilizing effect.
	3. When adding medication, a lower concentration should be used to ensure uniform mixing.
	4. Non ionic PAM is used as a highly selective flocculant in low solid phase drilling mud using bentonite, as it can flocculate the drilled rock debris while keeping the bentonite in a dispersed state.
